Production of your order will begin upon receipt of your order and shipped only after payments have cleared.

REFUND POLICY:

Creative By Nature will replace any damaged merchandise with the same product equal in value or credit towards another product that we carry.   Customer has 15 days to notify Creative By Nature of any problems with merchandise.  Products will be replaced after receipt of faulty product.
